W. Clay Hamner
Dr. Hamner is Frank Hawkins Kenan Professor of Private Equity and Director for the Center of Entrepreneurial Studies at the Business School. He is also the chairman of Montrose Capital Corporation, which he founded in 1982. Montrose Capital Corporation has owned or held the majority interest in over 40 businesses and made numerous venture capital and real estate investments.
Dr. Hamner serves or has served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies and funds including Wendy’s International, Triton Group, Interstate Johnson Lane, The Pantry, Giga Media, and the Infinity Israel China Fund.
