Brad will be working this summer with Wexford Capital, a private equity sponsor in Greenwich, Connecticut with more than $6 billion under management.</description>

His responsibilities included sourcing, structuring, and negotiating M&amp;amp;A transactions from an insurance and risk management perspective. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Graves was an Associate at Siguler Guff &amp;amp; Co., a New York based Private Equity firm. Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey Howard &amp;amp; Zukin. Mr. Graves holds a B.S. from the Wayne Calloway School of Business at Wake Forest University, with a concentration in Finance. Andrew will be interning in the investment management division of Goldman, Sachs &amp;amp; Co. during the summer of 2010.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Mr. Wood is the founder of the Wood Center for Real Estate Development as a part of the Kenan&#45;Flagler Business School. In 1998 he founded Wood Partners, LLC and at the time of Mr. Wood&#8217;s retirement in November 2007, Wood Partners had started, since inception, over 38,000 multi&#45;family units representing an investment of more than $5.3 billion. Prior to founding Wood Partners, Mr. Wood joined Trammell Crow Residential as Partner in charge of North Florida in 1982. Mr. Wood is immediate past&#45;Chairman and continues to serve on the Board of the Multi&#45;Family Leadership Board of NAHB. He is an active member in the Alexis de Tocqueville Society (United Way) and is a member of its Ivan Allen Society. He also serves on the Board of Visitors of the University of North Carolina&#8217;s Kenan&#45;Flagler Business School.</description>
